Treatment Coordinators pave the way to affordable treatment plans for our patients. You are the solution, a problem solver, for each patient who knows they need a plan in place to receive the dental care they deserve. You know the importance of Gold Standard care and work hand in hand with our patients to create a personalized plan so they don't have to stress about the "how."
As an assistant manager, you are a guide to Patient Advocacy and Treatment Coordination. You are a leader in your field, looking for opportunities to go beyond what is required to show our patients we truly care for them on a human level.
